Shipping Policy
- Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: This shipping method does not include tracking or insurance. Since tracked shipping is not a reasonable price, I will replace any lost order after a reasonable period of time (21 business days).
- Tracked Shipping: Available for an additional fee.

- Belgium: 3-5 business days.
- Europe: 7-10 business days.
- Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.
- Shipping Costs:

- Lost Packages:
- For standard shipping, lost items will be replaced once, free of charge, after 21 business days.
- For tracked shipping, refunds or replacements are based on the carrier’s resolution.
Returns and Refunds
- Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued for damaged or lost tracked orders. For standard shipping, only replacements are offered.
