1. How long does shipping take?

Belgium: 3-5 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or busy periods.
2. Can I track my order?

Standard shipping does not include tracking.

Tracked shipping is available for an additional fee. Select this option during checkout if you'd like tracking.
3. What happens if my order gets lost?

For standard shipping, I will replace lost orders after 21 business days.

For tracked shipping, refunds or replacements depend on the carrier's resolution.
4. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item is damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos, and I'll offer a replacement or refund.

All designs are hand-drawn by me. Products like stickers and cards are professionally printed for quality and durability.

Yes! I ship worldwide. Shipping rates vary by region, so please check the product listing for details.
8. Can I pre-order items?
